When you have placed your order you will a recieve a confirmation email by return and a phone call within 48 hours to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
We will call you again 14 days before the agreed delivery to re-confirm the agreed date.
If you have ordered a sofa, on the day of delivery a two man team will deliver your goods to your room of choice and unpack and position your furniture and remove all packaging materials. This service is not available for self-assembly sofas or other products.
