If you change your mind when our two-man team deliver your ready-made sofa (excluding made-to-order sofas) and see it in your living room, they will take it back right away. This allows us to use the same vehicle journey and delivery team to collect the goods and to protect the furniture with the original packaging. Your money will be returned in full to the same credit card or by cheque whichever was originally used for the transaction.
If however you decide to return any non-faulty goods at any time after the original delivery vehicle has driven away from the delivery address - for example a couple of days later - then we will charge you the cost of the collection and the original delivery, which can total £150. So you can return non-faulty goods up to 8 days after they are delivered, but to enjoy the FREE return service they must be re-packed and taken away at the time that the delivery is made.
You will therefore appreciate it is very important that you are at home when the delivery is made to take a decision while the delivery team are still there. If there is any visible damage or there are faults in the goods delivered to you, they must be advised to the delivery team by yourself or the person you have appointed to take responsibility for the delivery and inspecting the goods; the facts must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported to us on the day of delivery by email to info@LeatherSofasOnline.co.uk. Any damage and/or faults reported after this time, that have not been caused by improper use, will be treated as a warranty claim and corrected by the appropriate service company appointed to carry out such work if approved by the company.
