How is furniture delivered?
All our sofa deliveries (excluding self assembly sofas) are made by 2 trained men who will take great care to ensure there is no damage to your property or possessions and who will make their best efforts to place the furniture fully assembled where you want it to go. This service is not available for self-assembly sofas or other products.

When we have been previously informed, deliveries can be to either the ground floor or to other floors. However it is the responsibility of the customer and the person receiving the goods to advise us beforehand of any difficulties that may be encountered at point of delivery, for example steps, narrow doorways or difficult access points, soft or slippery pathways and difficult road access.

Sometimes delivery to floors other than the ground floor is particularly difficult and then it is at the discretion of the driver. Under these circumstances it has to be the full responsibility of the customer and person receiving the goods to accept any claims for damages, be they to goods or persons, if they want the delivery to go ahead.
